How can I pay my annual AET account fee?

Paying your annual account fee at American Estate & Trust (AET) is a straightforward process through the online portal. Whether you are making the payment with a credit card or with the cash balance of your account, here’s how you can complete the payment:

Payment Steps

1. Log into your AET User Platform account
2. From the Dashboard, click on the Invoices tab
3. Locate your unpaid invoice and click the Make Payment button
4. Choose your payment amount:
   - Current Balance: Pays the full amount due (recommended)
   - Custom: Enter a specific amount for partial payment
5. Select your **Payment Method** from the dropdown:
   - Account Balance: Pay directly from your account's cash balance (no processing fees)
   - Link Credit Card: Pay with a credit card (incurs 2.9% + 30¢ processing fee)
6. Review the payment details and click Pay Now

Payment Methods Available

You can pay using either:

• Account cash balance

• Credit card processing fees apply

   

Note: When paying from your account balance, ensure you have sufficient cash available. Be mindful of your Minimum Balance Requirement ($325) when selecting custom payment amounts.

Key Payment Options

When making a payment, you can choose to cover the "Current Balance" or enter a custom amount. The portal interface prompts users to enter payment amounts "numerals only; no dollar signs" when finalizing transactions.

Changing Payment Sources

If you need to switch between payment methods, you can access your Profile, navigate to Invoices, and select "Change" under the Payment Source section. This lets you toggle between credit card and cash balance payments for future fees.
