If you have multiple accounts with American Estate & Trust (AET) and would like to transfer funds between them, you can initiate an Internal Account Transfer directly through our online platform — as long as the accounts hold the same fund type (e.g., pre-tax to pre-tax or Roth to Roth). Transfers between incompatible fund types (e.g., pre-tax to Roth or into a 401(k)) are not permitted online and require additional documentation.
Note: Transfers into a Solo 401(k) account must be processed as a rollover and require supporting documentation. Please contact Support for assistance with this type of request.
