Adding or changing the beneficiaries on your account can be done easily through the Online Portal. Whether you are adding a primary or contingent beneficiary, or editing existing beneficiary information, you can follow the steps below.
Adding a Primary Beneficiary:

Log in to your Online Portal: Enter your username and password to access your account.

Select the Beneficiaries Tab: From the main dashboard, click on the Beneficiaries tab.

Click “Add Primary Beneficiaries”: This option will allow you to add a primary beneficiary to your account.

Complete All Required Fields: Enter the required information for your primary beneficiary. Be sure to include the share percentage (the total percentage for all beneficiaries must equal 100%).

Add Additional Beneficiaries (Optional): If you have more than one primary beneficiary, click Add Another Beneficiary to enter their details.

Review Information: Click Review to verify all the details you entered for your primary beneficiaries.

Submit the Request: Click Submit to finalize the changes.

Upload Supporting Documentation (If Needed): If applicable, use the Add Document button to upload any necessary documents (such as trust documentation) related to the beneficiary.
Adding a Contingent Beneficiary:

Log in to your Online Portal: Access your account with your username and password.

Select the Beneficiaries Tab: Navigate to the Beneficiaries tab on the main dashboard.

Click “Add Contingent Beneficiaries”: This option will allow you to add a contingent beneficiary to your account.

Complete All Required Fields: Enter the required information for your contingent beneficiary. Again, ensure that the total share percentages for all beneficiaries add up to 100%.

Add Additional Beneficiaries (Optional): If needed, click Add Another Beneficiary to include more contingent beneficiaries.

Review Information: Once you have added all the necessary beneficiaries, click Review to confirm the information.

Submit the Request: Click Submit to complete the update.

Upload Supporting Documentation (If Needed): If you need to provide additional documentation, click the Add Document button to upload any necessary files, such as trust documentation.
Editing Primary or Contingent Beneficiary Information:
If you need to edit the information for existing primary or contingent beneficiaries, follow these instructions:
Editing Primary Beneficiary Information:

Log in to your Online Portal: Use your username and password to access your account.

Select the Beneficiaries Tab: Go to the Beneficiaries tab on your dashboard.

Click “Edit Primary Beneficiaries”: This option will allow you to edit your primary beneficiary information.

Update the Required Fields: Modify the beneficiary details as needed. Ensure the share percentages still add up to 100%.

Add Additional Beneficiaries (Optional): If you're adding another primary beneficiary, click Add Another Beneficiary.

Review Information: After updating the information, click Review to verify everything.

Submit the Request: Click Submit to save the changes.

Upload Supporting Documentation (If Needed): Use the Add Document button to upload any necessary supporting documents.
Editing Contingent Beneficiary Information:

Log in to your Online Portal: Log in using your username and password.

Select the Beneficiaries Tab: Click on the Beneficiaries tab.

Click “Edit Contingent Beneficiaries”: This option will allow you to edit your contingent beneficiary information.

Update the Required Fields: Make the necessary changes and ensure the total share percentages are correct (adding up to 100%).

Add Additional Beneficiaries (Optional): If adding more contingent beneficiaries, click Add Another Beneficiary.

Review Information: Click Review to confirm the changes.

Submit the Request: After confirming the changes, click Submit to save your edits.

Upload Supporting Documentation (If Needed): If any documents are required, click Add Document to upload them.
Important Reminders:
- Ensure the total share percentages for all beneficiaries add up to 100%.
- You can upload supporting documents such as trust documents for primary or contingent beneficiaries.
- You cannot add Contingent beneficiaries if there are no Primary beneficiaries listed.
- Once submitted, changes will be processed, and you will receive confirmation via email or in the portal.
