To update your contact information in the Online Portal, follow the steps outlined below for each category. You can update your name, marital status, social security number, address, and email address directly through the portal.
Changing Your Legal Name
If you need to update your legal name, follow these steps:

Login to the Online Portal.

Select the Profile Tab.

Click the Update Personal Info button.

Select "Names" to update your name.
-
Enter the Required Name Information – Provide your new legal name.

Describe Your Supporting Documents – Upload a photo ID or name change affidavit that verifies your legal name change.

Upload Your Supporting Documents – Attach the necessary documents for verification.
-
Click Review to ensure everything is correct.

Click Submit to submit your name change request.
Changing Your Marital Status
To update your marital status, follow these steps:

Login to the Online Portal.
-
Select the Profile Tab.
-
Click the Update Personal Info button.
-
Select "Marital Status" to update.
-
Select Your New Marital Status – Choose the correct status from the dropdown menu.

Describe Your Supporting Documents – Provide your marriage certificate or divorce decree as proof.

Upload Your Supporting Documents – Attach your supporting documentation.

Click Review to verify the details.
-
Click Submit to submit your marital status change request.
Changing Your Social Security Number
To update your Social Security number, follow these steps:

Login to the Online Portal.

Select the Profile Tab.
-
Click the Update Personal Info button.
-
Select "Social Security Number" to update.

Enter the Required Social Security Number – Type in your new SSN.

Describe Your Supporting Documents – Upload your Social Security card or other proof.

Upload Your Supporting Documents – Attach your Social Security card or supporting document.

Click Review to verify your details.

Click Submit to submit the request for the SSN update.
Changing Your Address
To change your address, follow these steps:

Login to the Online Portal.
-
Click the Profile Tab on the left side of the screen.
-
Click the Update Address button under the "User Information" section.

Choose Address Type – Select whether you are changing your physical address, mailing address, or both.

Enter All Required Address Information – Fill in your new address.

Upload a Current Utility Bill – Attach a utility bill containing your name and new address as proof.

Click Review to verify your changes.

Confirm Address Accuracy – If your address is marked as "not deliverable," check the box to confirm accuracy, then click Review again.

Click Submit to submit your address change request.
Note: Your address will be updated within 3-5 business days after receiving your complete request.
Changing Your Email Address
To update your email address, follow these steps:

Login to the Online Portal.

Go to Profile -> User Information.
-
Click the Update Email button.
-
Enter Your New Email Address – Type in your new email and password, then click Proceed.

Complete the 2FA Check (if applicable) – Follow the prompts to complete the two-factor authentication process.

Verify the New Email Address – A verification email will be sent to the new address. You will also receive a notification at your old email address.

Confirm the Email Update – Follow the instructions in the verification email to confirm the change.

(Optional) Cancel the Request – You can cancel the email change request through the link provided in the email sent to your old address.
