Tracking Investment Status in the Online Portal
You can easily monitor the progress of your investment by logging in to the AE Trust Online Portal. Investments are assigned a status to indicate where they are in the processing pipeline. Below are the possible statuses you may encounter:
Investment Status Definitions

Draft – The Direction of Investment (DOI) has been started but has not yet been submitted.

In Process – The DOI has been submitted and is actively being processed.

Compliance Review – The DOI is under review to ensure it meets IRS guidelines and AET requirements.

Rejected for Compliance – The investment was reviewed but did not meet compliance standards.

On Hold for Correction – Corrections are needed before processing can continue. Notes explaining the required changes are visible in the Notes section of your DOI.

On Hold for Funds – The investment is on hold until sufficient funds are available in your account.

On Hold for Account Issues – There is an issue with your account that must be resolved before the investment can proceed.

Cancelled – The investment was cancelled by either the account holder or AET.

Completed – The investment has been fully approved and funded.
Standard Review Timeline
Investments submitted through the Online Portal are typically reviewed within 3–5 business days from the date of submission.
How to Check Your Investment Status

Log in to your account on the AE Trust Online Portal.

Navigate to the INVEST (DOI) section.

Locate your investment and review the status displayed.
Taking Action on an Investment Marked 'On Hold for Correction'
To Upload Required Documents:

Click INVEST (DOI).

Click the three dots to the right of your DOI and select Edit.

Scroll to the section needing attention.

Click Add New Document.
-
Click Select Files to Upload, choose your file(s), and then click Upload.
To Edit DOI Details:

Click INVEST (DOI).

Click the three dots next to your DOI and select Edit.

Scroll down and click Next.
-
Review the information and click Update or Submit as needed.
To View Notes from the Operations Team:

Go to INVEST (DOI).
-
Click the three dots next to the DOI and choose See Details.

Any notes from AET will be displayed at the top of the page.
