Uploading documents can serve a variety of functions. You can upload Photo Ids for your client, you can upload Transfer forms or any other supporting documentation that the Client account might need at the moment.
⚠️ Please do not upload Investments (DOI) documents to this area.

Upload a Document
- Navigate to your Customers Tab
- Select Documents Subtab
- Scroll all the way down
- Select New Document
- Select your Customer
- Select your Customer's account
- Select Document Type
- Provide a Description of the document and any relevant remarks
- Select Choose File
- Select the file you wish to upload
- Click the Save button
You have submitted a Document to your client account! Our office will verify the documents and will be processed automatically within 24-48hrs.
